Voice Notes

Hit record and talk — it transcribes as you speak so you can take site notes hands-free, then edit, timestamp and export.

The live speech-to-text is done by your browser's speech service (in Chrome that means audio is sent to Google to transcribe) — so don't dictate anything confidential. Works in Chrome, Edge and Safari.

FAQ

Is Voice Notes free?

Yes — recording, transcribing and exporting is free and unlimited.

Is anything uploaded?

The transcript and audio stay on your device. The one exception is live speech-to-text itself, which some browsers (Chrome included) send to their own speech service to transcribe — so don't dictate anything confidential.

Chrome, Edge and Safari.

Can I export a finished note?

Yes — export is free, with no Pro gate on this tool.
