Pack list

A gear-list and weight calculator for a get-home bag, bug-out kit or hike — the same idea as LighterPack. Group items into categories, flag what's worn or consumable, and watch base, pack and total weight update live. Everything stays in your browser; “Share link” encodes the whole list into a URL so nothing is uploaded.

Base weight excludes worn items and consumables (food, water, fuel) — the number that doesn't change as you eat and drink. Pack weight is what's actually on your back (total minus worn). Saved automatically on this device.
