Working on

• Pricing tenders for premium retail and commercial fit-out in Sydney. Same brands, harder programmes, better questions.
• Building AI-assisted scope generation as a tool for my own estimating work first. The plan is to use it before I sell it.
• This site — keeping it small, useful, and mine.

Reading

Between books at the moment. Genuinely. Send me what you've been on lately — vishvaddi@gmail.com.

Practising

• Strength training — building consistency in a push and pull split. The work nobody sees.
• Earlier bedtimes, especially on work nights. Still losing some weeks. Still trying.
• Logging meals at the meal, not at end of day. Sounds trivial. Isn't.

Not working on

• Any new side project that isn't shopfitting tooling. Focus is the constraint, and I have evidence.
